The guest chef, in co-operation with the host chef, answers the challenge of the FestiWine by creating a unique menu based on the winning wines of the last year's FestiWine. Six wines will get six gourmet creations. The entire proceeds of the gala are intended for funding scholarships of young Dubrovnik talents and the winners of the competition will spend one month on a special training at the restaurant and under the mentorship of the guest chef (tickets - limit of 80 pax – price per ticket: 100,00 EUR)

Ted Lelekas is the Moët Hennessy Brand Ambassador for Central & Southern Europe. In his capacity as Vice-President of the International Federation of Wines&Spirits Journalists and Writers, he has visited spirits companies, distilleries and champagne houses all over the world, while he has received expert educator training at the Moët Hennessy houses. He will hold education and tasting of three brands: Hennessy, Belvedere and Glenmorangie.
